Single Vision (SV) Lenses
Correct either distance vision (e.g., driving, TV) or near vision (e.g., reading, sewing). Most common for younger patients.
Progressive (Multifocal) Lenses
A single lens with a gradual power shift, giving clear vision at all distances — near, intermediate, and far — without needing multiple pairs of glasses.
Bifocal Lenses
Two lens powers in one lens (distance on top, near on bottom). Less common now, but still preferred by some.
Occupational / Computer Lenses
Specially designed for office and digital work, giving a wider, more comfortable intermediate and near vision zone than regular progressives.
Anti-Fatigue Lenses
Single vision lenses with a small “boost” at the bottom to reduce eye strain from prolonged reading or screen use.
