Where We Ship We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. At this stage we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Please note that prescription glasses and frames require additional processing time for lens fitting and quality checks. These orders are typically ready to dispatch within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Rates We ship via Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order at auspost.com.au.
Prescription Eyewear Prescription glasses and frames are custom made to your prescription and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please double-check your prescription details before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at admin@eyesquared.com.au. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
